Cancellation Policy
1. Flexible Cancellation:
• Free cancellation if canceled 72 hours prior to check-in.
• 50% of the total booking amount will be charged if canceled 24 hours before check-in.
• No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the check-in date.
2. Non-Refundable Rates:
• For bookings under special offers or discounted rates, no refunds will be issued for cancellations.
3. No Show Policy:
• In case of a no-show, the entire booking amount will be forfeited.
4. Group Booking Cancellation:
• For group bookings of more than 5 rooms, cancellation is free if made 15 days prior to the check-in date. Cancellations made within 15 days of the check-in date will result in 50% of the booking amount being charged.

 

Hotel Rules & Regulations
1. Check-in and Check-out:
• Check-in time: 12:00 NOON
• Check-out time: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Identification:
• All guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID (such as a passport, Aadhaar card, or driving license) at check-in.
• Foreign nationals must present their passport and visa upon check-in.
3. Room Occupancy:
• The number of occupants must not exceed the room’s specified capacity. Extra guests may be charged.
• Visitors are only allowed in the lobby or restaurant areas unless registered with the front desk.
4. Noise & Behavior:
• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and avoid causing disturbance to other guests.
• Noise levels should be kept low, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Any form of misconduct or inappropriate behavior may lead to eviction from the property without a refund.
5. Pets:
• Pets are not allowed on the property unless specifically arranged in advance.
6. Smoking & Alcohol:
• Paarth Grand is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
• Alcohol consumption is not allowed in the Hotel premises, Drunken or unruly behavior will not be tolerated.
7. Damages:
• Any damage to the property or furnishings caused by a guest will be the responsibility of the guest, and the cost of repairs or replacements will be charged accordingly.
8. Use of Facilities:
• Guests are responsible for using hotel facilities (restaurant, café, parking) appropriately. Misuse or damage may result in penalties.
• The hotel reserves the right to restrict access to certain areas for maintenance or private events.
9. Parking:
• Paarth Grand provides spacious parking. However, parking is at the guest’s own risk, and the hotel is not liable for any theft, damage, or loss related to vehicles.
10. Personal Belongings:
• The hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Please use the in-room safes provided to secure your valuables.
11. Room Cleaning:
• Housekeeping services are provided daily. If you prefer privacy, please use the “Do Not Disturb” sign. However, for safety reasons, a welfare check will be conducted after 24 hours of no contact.
12. Health & Safety:
• Guests must adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by the hotel, including COVID-19 protocols (if applicable).
• In case of emergency, guests should follow staff instructions and evacuation procedures.
13. Prohibited Items:
• Illegal substances, dangerous weapons, or hazardous materials are strictly prohibited on the property.
14. Right to Admission:
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who violates hotel policies, engages in unlawful activities, or behaves inappropriately.
